Preparing Mr. Jackolantern

Addie was NOT into carving pumpkins and I can't figure out if she didn't want to get dirty or if she thought we were butchering the pumpkins. She preferred coloring vs carving.

A day at Gooseberry Falls with Grandma Linda

A huge thank you to my mom for spending the week with us. The kids loved going to Gooseberry State Park, the playgrounds, the snack shop, some more playgrounds and just hanging out with Grandma while mom and dad had to work and even got a few childless dates in. Did I also mention she is a great housecleaner!! THANKS MOM!!

Totally 2!

Addison turned 2! on September 26th.We had a mini party just the 4 of us complete with flower cupcakes and presents.
The birthday girl showing off her new loot! Thanks everyone!!
Finally after practicing the birthday song all week long, the birthday girl was able to sing it to herself
New fashion hat made by Godmother Holly. As soon as she opened it she ripped off her winter hat and this had did not leave her head...even through the night...into the next day. Heck she would have worn it in the tub if I let her.
Quick swing ride at the apple orchards
My first official party spread. Had about 25 people over this weekend and it felt like one giant slumber party. It was so nice to see everyone but this momma is exhausted.
Super pumped to open this gigantic present.
I love my new trike! Thanks G&G Bachman!!
Can never have enough sugar for this birthday girl. She likes to celebrate all week like long like her mom.
This needs no caption.
