Merry Christmas!

We had a very eventful, fun, crazy and enjoyable Christmas Holiday this year. We were lucky enough to spend it will lots of family from far away and near. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful presents and for letting us invade your homes over the past week. Can't wait for next Christmas when baby Harms gets to see what family is all about!

Harms Family Christmas

We awoke Christmas morning at G&G Harms' to find Santa brought cleaning cart for Addison and bug vacuum and bug toys for Ethan. Even a few nuts were found in their stockings. A nut for a nut I guess. Thanks to auntie Mary for making all matching jammies. It was full of fun and chaos but that's way I like it!

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with my mom's side of the family. It was filled with all things Christmas. Singalongs, presents, pictures and of course a visit from Santa. This was Addison's 3rd attempt at visiting with Santa and she did it!! I personally think it was because he had an actual present for her. Ethan was the usual pro when visiting with the big man. Thanks Vlasak's for hosting!

Our family Christmas at home

The great fisherman got a new pole for Christmas. No more tweety bird.

The underwear were a big hit. Not sure if she will use them the correct way or not!

No Charlie Brown his year

We again went the Brule National Forest to find the one tree that will define our house of Christmas this year. And boy did we luck out. Just as Scott was about to make the final decision to cut down a tree that looked about 25 feet high, we found our perfect tree. I personally think someone else had pruned this tree last year as it was the fullest looking tree we have ever gotten from the forest, all with a 5$ permit! The kids were really well behaved and enjoyed sleeping in the car until we actually spotted the tree. Ethan didn't think it was big enough but we convinced him it needs to be a little bit smaller so santa can have room to put presents under it. That was enough convincing for this 3 year old.

Yes, we have that kid..the nose picker

We were excited to go to Ethan's concert as he knew every word and has been practicing at home for a month, only to find he didn't sing one peep but decided he had one nasty goober that needed to be taken care of during the concert...We are so proud!
