Gull Lake Bachman Family Vacation

| Ethan, Addie and I got to join my parents and brothers' family for a long weekend vacation in Gull Lake. Scott unfortunately was stuck traveling for work. We packed a lot into our 4 day stay despite the snowy weather. Got to enjoy the hot tub, pool, went shopping (thanks uncle andy for buying Ethan and Addison the most sweetest, sugary candy available at the candy store!), saw HOP at the movies, played family bingo, dyed easter eggs, and even got to practice with a pre-grandma spoiling alert-easter egg hunt. We had a lot of fun, but I think my parents needed a vacation from their vacation once we left! |

Vegas Baby!

| Scott finally caught a break and didn't have to go another week to Texas for work. Instead he got to attend an Expo in Las Vegas. I lucked out and got to tag along. We stayed a few days at the Flamingo and the remainder of our trip at the Trump. Would highly recommend both, but the Trump was our favorite! We obviously didn't stike it rich, but I did get Scott to pull the slots and donate 20$ (FYI, Scott is not a fan of casinos). We walked a ton, drank a lot and had a great time. Thanks to all the grandma's and grandpa's who so graciously watched E&A for the week. Back to reality. |

Fun with the Fish 2/19/11
So we broke down and bought a family membership to the Duluth Aquarium...our first official membership anywhere. We needed another place to go with the kids besides being cooped up in our house for winter and spring and the Duluth Aquarium was the answer. Addison loved the giant moose and the "fishies" but Ethan was not so impressed with fish as he was with controlling the underwater camera with a large crane. Just like his dad.
