Kolacky Parade

Ethan enjoyed his first parade with his cousins Noah, Jake and Kallan. He had so much fun he crashed right during the middle of the parade.

Crazy Bag Head Man

Believe it or not, Ethan did this on his own. He's got a funny way of playing with his toys.

Kolacky Days 2008

Kolacky photos with Great Grandma and Grandpa, Great Uncle Steve and Cousin Isaac.

Kiddie Parade

Ethan was in his first Kolacky days Kiddie Parade. It was a hot summer day, so he went as a lobster beach babe. Thanks to Grandma Linda for the lobster swim trunks!

7 months old

Ethan turns 7 months old tomorrow. He is now sitting up without help and enjoys tasting new fruits and vegetables. He is becoming a speedster roller and if you put him down in no time he has rolled himself over to the other side of the room. He also is an early riser...very early riser...5-6 am. Scott and I really enjoy that on the weekends. But he is sleeping through the night!

Picnic at the beach

It was a beautiful day here yesterday and we decided to head to the beach on Lake Superior for a picnic. Izzy was a little scared of the waves and was no way going to get near the water. Scott tried his best but was only able to get her to take a drink of water where it had pooled. Maybe better luck next time.

My friend Miles and I

I don't think Miles enjoyed my kisses to much...actually, I just wanted to see how he was going to taste...I love putting everything in mouth! ~ ethan

A visit from friends

We had the whole gang up here last weekend. It was nice to see all our college buds again. Here a few pics from the weekend.

Ethan's new buddy

Ethan met his new buddy Miles Kroening on 6/29/08. Kyle and Robin, good friends of ours, welcomed Miles 5 weeks ago. These two are going to be trouble. We can't wait for the "little girlfriend Maio" to arrive in September.

Meet Izzy

Izzy joined our family on 6/30. She is four months old and is Border Collie/Black Lab mix. She is a little on the shy side but is slowly warming up to her new home. (And yes, I am doing fairly well with the new dog, for all of those who were concerned.)
